Treating Work Related Injuries
We have been treating injured workers in the region since 1990 and have an unparalelled track record of successful service to the community. We believe that success is defined in equal measure by how satisfied the worker and the employer feel at the end of the day. To that end we devote our best efforts as evidenced requiring dedication and commitment to be the best at what we do.
For the Employer
Be Aware About The Status Of Your Injured Worker
We understand all the issues that an employer faces because we are employers too. We make sure that the employer is never in the dark about any issues pertaining to their employee. All questions are answered promptly and accurately. All paperwork is completed at the time of each visit and the worker is given a detailed note signed by the physician explaining their status, progress, whether they can return to work on regular duty or modified duty depending upon their injury and follow up instructions etc..
Return To Work Policy
We aggressively explore all possibilities of returning the worker to modified duty if regular work is not possible at all.
Friendly And Relaxed Environment
We actively encourage a welcoming and friendly atmosphere which is good for all concerned. Your workers will attest to that once they experience it for themselves.
For The Worker
Quality Of Care
This does not just mean that we know how to diagnose the problem and treat it, any licensed provider can do that. What we mean by this, is to convey to you how much we care. We understand that you are hurt and anxious to find out how bad your injury is and how soon you can get better and back to work. First and foremost, we listen to your description of the accident and all your concerns. We then take the time to undertake a thorough examination. Lastly, we explain in detail our thinking about your injury, the reasons for the recommendation we make and what to expect during your recovery.
Return To Work
We understand that your injury, in addition to pain, may bring financial concerns to you. We are always aware of your desire to return to work as soon as possible. Many times it is quite possible to do some light duty work even if you may not yet be able to do your regular work. We work closely with your employer to find ways to enable you to return to some modified work if possible.
X-Rays
We can arrange an immediate X-Ray for you at Radiology clinics which are close by, if deemed necessary. We do not have X-Ray machines in-house. We think this gives the you two advantages. Firstly, Radiology clinics have specialist technicians taking the films and more importantly they have M.D. Radiologists who can look at your films and give us instant reports. Urgent Care clinic providers are not Radiologists and although they do a good job of interpreting films, they are not Radiologists. Secondly, since we do not have the X-Ray machines in-house, we have no financial interest in ordering unnecessary X-Rays thus subjecting our patients to avoidable radiation.

X-Rays

We have in-house X-Ray facilities should your injury require such services.  This provides you with two distinct advantages:  First, there is no need to drive across town to another facility if an X-Ray is needed, you can have that performed right in our offices.  Second, because your X-Ray can be done at the time of visit, this means quicker results, therefore getting you on the road to recovery even quicker.  These things save you time and frustration, ultamately providing you with a higher quality of care and allowing you to get on with your routine as soon as possible.
